The free device belongs with the account. If you move your processing away from EBS within four years, the device comes back to us. Through EBS you can also pay 0% on cards with a cash discount or dual pricing program, set up with compliant signs and receipts.
When buying direct makes sense
You only need a Go
If all you need is a phone reader for a few sales a month, a $199 Clover Go and a do-it-yourself setup may be all it takes. We are happy to point you there.
You like setting it up yourself
Some owners enjoy building the menu and pairing the printer. If you would rather pay list price and skip the install, direct works.
For everyone else
A counter system or a handheld you depend on every day is worth a free device, four years of coverage, and someone local who answers. That is the reason we exist.
Questions about buying Clover
Yes. The same devices, the same software, the same Clover Dashboard and App Market. We are an Official Clover Partner and the only certified Clover dealer in Northern California. The difference is the offer, the warranty, and the people who set it up and support it.
There are two conditions, and we print both. It is one free device per customer, and your card processing runs through EBS. If you move your processing elsewhere within four years, the device comes back to us. There is no lease, no hardware subscription, and no early termination fee.
We sell the rest at our cost with no markup, and set them all up together. Clover devices pair, so a Station Duo at the counter and a Flex at the tables run as one system.
A 48-month lease on a station that sells for under $2,000 can cost three to four times the price, it usually cannot be cancelled, and it often carries a personal guarantee. We never lease. See the lease math.
