Keep QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books. We connect them to your EBS merchant account so customers pay invoices online by card or bank transfer, each payment lands on the right invoice, and your books reconcile without retyping a thing.

How it connects
Your software, your merchant account, one setup
Each accounting system connects a little differently. Here's how we hook yours up.
QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online's built-in payments only run through Intuit's own merchant account. To take invoice payments on your EBS account, we add Biller Genie or Hyfin. Payments sync back to QuickBooks and match to the invoice automatically.
QuickBooks Desktop
Biller Genie syncs with Desktop through a small Windows app, or the ProCharge plugin takes card payments right inside QuickBooks Desktop. Tell us your QuickBooks version and we'll confirm which fits.
Xero
Biller Genie connects Xero to your EBS account with two-way sync: invoices with a pay link go out, payments come back and post to the invoice.
Zoho Books
No extra app needed. Zoho Books connects straight to the Authorize.Net gateway on your EBS account, so every invoice gets a pay link. Customers can pay by card or ACH, and saved payment methods can autopay recurring invoices.
What you get
Less chasing, fewer checks, books that match
A pay link on every invoice
Customers click, pay by card or bank transfer, and get a receipt. No calling in a card number.
Saved cards and autopay
Repeat customers save a card or bank account and recurring invoices pay themselves.
Automatic reminders
Friendly nudges go out on a schedule you set, so you're not the one making awkward calls.
Payments that reconcile
Each payment posts to the right invoice in your accounting software. Month end stops being a matching project.
A customer portal
With Biller Genie and Hyfin, customers see what they owe and their history, and pay it in one place.
Card costs, handled your way
Dual pricing, or surcharging where it's allowed, set up to follow card brand and state rules. Or keep traditional pricing.
The apps we support
Three ways to get paid inside QuickBooks
All three work with your EBS merchant account. We help you pick, then set it up with you.
No. You keep QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books and keep sending invoices the way you do now. We change where the payments are processed, not how you do your books.
You can, but QuickBooks Online only connects its built-in payments to Intuit's own merchant account, at Intuit's published rate. Running invoices through EBS means one merchant account for the counter and the invoices, a rate we put in writing, and dual pricing if you want it. Biller Genie or Hyfin keeps the payments syncing back to QuickBooks.
Zoho Books needs no app. Biller Genie and Hyfin have their own monthly fees, and we quote them alongside your processing so you see the whole cost before you sign. The ProCharge QuickBooks Desktop plugin has no separate monthly fee.
Yes, ACH is available through Biller Genie, Hyfin, and Zoho Books with Authorize.Net. Bank payments cost less to take than cards, which matters on large invoices. They take a few days to clear, so they show as paid a little later than cards.
Yes, with dual pricing, or with surcharging where your state allows it. Surcharges can only apply to credit cards, never debit, and have their own disclosure rules. We set it up so it follows the rules, and in California we usually recommend dual pricing.
Anyone who bills instead of ringing up a register: contractors and trades, auto and fleet repair, professional offices, medical and dental practices, wholesale and B2B distributors, landscapers, cleaners, and nonprofits.
Stop waiting on checks.
Tell us which accounting software you use and how you bill today. We'll map the setup and put your price in writing.
