Information, not an offer

Rates, fees, equipment offers, and program details on this site are for information and are examples of what we commonly provide. Actual pricing depends on your business type, volume, risk profile, and underwriting by our processing partners. Nothing here is an offer to open an account, a guarantee of approval, or a guarantee of a specific rate until it's in a signed merchant agreement.

Free equipment, warranty, and promotional offers have conditions, which are described on the relevant page and confirmed in writing when you sign up. Offers can change or end without notice.

Not financial or legal advice

Content about business funding, taxes, compliance, or pricing programs (including cash discount and dual pricing) is general information. It isn't legal, tax, or financial advice for your situation. Talk to your own advisor before making decisions based on it.

Merchant pricing and payment plans

Some products, including websites, landing pages, and social media management, have a standard price and a lower merchant price. Merchant pricing is available to businesses whose in-store card processing runs through an active EBS merchant account. Online ordering by itself doesn't qualify, and businesses with more than one location or merchant account need all of them with EBS. Merchant pricing is confirmed in your agreement, not on this site.

Where we offer to split a build into payments, the payment amounts and schedule are set out in your agreement, payments are collected by automatic debit, and the plan is tied to your merchant account. If you move your card processing away from EBS before the payments are complete, the remaining balance becomes due. Products provided free to merchants, such as a landing page and its hosting, move to standard pricing if you stop processing with us.

Applications and forms

When you submit a form you agree that the information is accurate and that you're authorized to provide it on behalf of your business. Submitting a form doesn't create an account or a contract. Accounts are opened under separate merchant agreements with our processing partners, which control if there's any conflict with this site.

Third-party partners and links

We work with processing, POS, funding, and software partners, and we link to their sites and to other outside resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or terms. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the products we sell and support.

Our content

The text, design, photos of our team and offices, and the EBS name and logo are ours. You can view and print pages for your own business use. Please don't copy, republish, or scrape the site without asking.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to submit false information, interfere with its operation, probe or attack it, or send us anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, EBS isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under California law.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It's part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
