Two minutes. Tell us the business name and who will pick up mail.
Come to our office
Bring two IDs. You sign USPS Form 1583 and our agreement in front of us, and we put your card on file.

Bring two IDs
USPS rules: one photo ID and one more ID for each person who will pick up mail.
Photo ID: driver's license or state ID, U.S. or foreign passport, military ID, permanent resident card, certificate of naturalization, Matricula Consular, NEXUS card, university ID, or tribal ID.
The second ID: another photo ID from that list, a current lease, mortgage, or deed of trust, a voter or vehicle registration card, or a home or vehicle insurance policy. A driver's license counts as only one of the two.
Social Security cards, birth certificates, credit cards, utility bills, and company IDs are not accepted.
Pickup only
We don't forward or ship mail. Pick up at our office, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with photo ID.
A mailing address, not a location
Use it wherever a form asks for a mailing address. Some places need the street address where you actually work: Secretary of State filings, bank and card processing applications, and Google Business Profile.

Questions
Use it as your mailing address. The California Secretary of State asks for a physical street address for your principal office and your agent, so those need the place where you actually work or live. Banks and card processors want your real business location too.
No. Google doesn't allow a Business Profile at a mailing address you rent. If you serve customers at their place, Google lets you hide your address and list the areas you serve instead.
Only when you ask. We photograph the outside of each envelope and package so you can see what arrived. Ask us to open and scan a letter, or to shred it, from your Portal.
A business with a merchant account through EBS that processes an average of at least $5,000 a month in card sales over its last 3 full months. A new merchant qualifies from approval. One free mailbox per merchant. If the business stops qualifying, the mailbox is $50 a month from then on, as the agreement explains.
California law makes us your agent for service of process. We put a notice in your mailbox within 48 hours and mail the papers first-class to your home address within 5 days. The fee is $25 plus postage.
Close your mailbox in your Portal or tell us in writing. It stays open through the time you have paid for. We don't forward mail after it closes, so pick up everything before then.
