Tickets on a screen, not on the floor.
A kitchen display (KDS) sends every order from the register to the right station, in order, with a timer on it.
The line sees what it needs, when it needs it
Routes by station
Grill sees grill items, fry sees fry items, and expo sees the whole ticket.
Ticket timers
Kitchen displays show how long each ticket has been open, so everyone sees what's running late.
Bump when it's done
Tap the screen or hit a bump bar. No paper to spike, lose, or read through grease.
Courses and timing
On systems that support it, apps and entrees fire when the table is ready, not all at once.
Changes show up live
A modifier or a void reaches the line right away, instead of a server walking it back.
Ticket times you can see
Some systems track prep times and bottlenecks, so you know which station slows the night down.
A KDS for every POS we sell
The kitchen display belongs to the POS, so the right one depends on what runs your counter.
Need a counter that runs itself too? See self-order kiosks.
When a kitchen display pays off
Mapped to your kitchen, not a template
Walk the line
We look at your stations, your menu, and where tickets go today.
Build the routing
Every menu item goes to the right screen, with printers where you still want paper.
Train the crew
Cooks and expo learn it on install day, in English or Spanish.
Kitchen display questions
Yes. Plenty of kitchens run screens on the line and keep a printer at the bar or for to-go labels. We set it up the way your kitchen works.
A kitchen display runs on the POS it belongs to. If you're on TableTurn, Clover, Aldelo, Square, or Exatouch, we can add one. If you're switching, we set up both together.
It depends on the system and how many screens you need. Each system's page has its equipment offer and terms. Anything outside an offer we sell at our cost, and we never lease equipment.
Usually one per station plus one for expo. We'll count them with you when we walk the line.
Yes. We install and train in person across Northern California, and remotely everywhere else.
