B2B payments

Get paid by other businesses, and keep more of it.

Business cards cost more to take unless the right data rides along. We set up Level II and III so it does.

What the levels mean

The more your sale says, the less it can cost

Every card sale carries data. Business cards reward the sales that carry more of it.

Level I

Every card sale

  • Amount and date
  • Card and merchant
  • The standard business card rate

Level II

Adds tax and a reference

  • Sales tax amount
  • Customer code or PO number
  • Helps your buyer match the charge

Level III

Adds every line item

  • Item, quantity, and unit price
  • Product and commodity codes
  • Discount, freight, and duty
  • The lowest rates on qualifying cards
What you get

Built for the way businesses pay

Lower cost on business cards

Corporate, purchasing, and fleet cards qualify for lower rates when the sale carries the right data.

Filled in for you

Tax, PO number, and line items come from your invoice or order, so nobody retypes them.

Buyers who pay faster

Purchasing card programs often need line-item detail to approve and reconcile a charge.

Invoices and pay links

Send a pay link with every invoice, from your accounting software or ours.

ACH and checks too

Big orders can pay by bank transfer or check, on the same setup.

Set up and supported

We set it up, test it with you, and answer the phone in English or Spanish.

Questions

Before you switch how businesses pay you

Extra detail sent with a card sale. Level II adds the sales tax and a customer code or PO number. Level III adds every line item: what was sold, how many, the unit price, product and commodity codes, and any discount, freight, or duty. The card networks set lower rates for business cards when that detail comes with the sale.

If other businesses or government agencies pay you by card, probably. Send us a statement and we will show you how much of your volume is business cards and what the data could change. If it is a small share, we will tell you that too.

Yes. Visa replaced its enhanced data programs in 2025, and in 2026 Level II data by itself stopped earning lower Visa rates. Full Level III line-item data is what qualifies now. The other card brands have their own rules, and we set up your system to send what each one rewards.

No. The data comes from the invoice, quote, or order you already make. Where your system cannot send line items, we tell you before you sign and show you the options.

It depends on your volume and how many of your sales are business cards. We put your price in writing before you sign, and we meet or beat your current rate.
