The box arrived. Now what?
Toast, SkyTab by Shift4, SpotOn, the system your bank talked you into, and even Clover when it's bought direct: sold over the phone or across a desk, shipped to your door, and from there it's you, a quick-start card, and a 1-800 number. We're the local team that finishes the job.
- Plugging it in so the terminal, printers, cash drawer, and card reader see each other.
- The network it runs on: coverage, no dead zones, card traffic kept separate (PCI).
- The menu or the items. Every item, modifier, tax, and price, built from scratch.
- Training the crew while you're also trying to open, or run, the business.

Everything between the box and the first sale
You don't have to process payments with us to use this. If you already do, it's included.
Unbox and install
Stands, cables, printers, drawers, readers, kitchen screens. Mounted, connected, labeled, and tested before we leave.
Network check
Wi-Fi coverage where the handhelds go, wired where it counts, and your card terminal off the guest Wi-Fi. See network management.
Menu and item build
Restaurant menus with modifiers and routing, or retail items with variants and barcodes. Built right the first time, not patched over six months.
Training
Your team learns the register, the kitchen screen, closing out, and refunds on install day. In English or Spanish.
Fix what's broken
Printer stopped, orders not reaching the kitchen, reader won't pair, reports don't add up. We diagnose it on site or remotely.
Switching systems
Moving from one POS to another while you're open is the hardest version of this. We've done it on a Tuesday night so Wednesday opens on the new one.
Sold remotely, supported locally
These are good systems. What they don't ship is a person who comes to your counter.
Never trust a banker with a point of sale
Your banker is good at banking. A point of sale is a different trade, and the way banks sell them tells you everything about how they'll support them.
Straight answer on cost
Call, schedule, open
Tell us what you have
The system, what came in the box, what's working and what isn't, and when you need to be live.
We come out
Install, network check, menu or item build, printers and readers tested at the counter.
Your team is trained
Ring, refund, close out, and who to call. Us, not a hold queue.
POS setup questions
Yes. That's what this page is for. You keep your system and your processor; we do the on-site work and bill by the hour.
Yes. Send us the menu or the item list and we build it with modifiers, taxes, kitchen routing, and pricing, then walk it with you before go-live.
Often, yes. A printer that drops off or a handheld that loses orders is usually Wi-Fi or a router doing too much. We check the network first, and fix it if that's the cause.
Usually within a few days across the Central Valley, Sacramento, and the Mother Lode. If you're opening on a date, call early and we'll hold it.
Menu builds, settings, and a lot of troubleshooting, yes. Cables, mounting, and the network walk need a person on site.
Stop troubleshooting your own register.
Call with the system name and what's in the box. We'll tell you what it takes and when we can be there.
