Yes. Add partners, managers, or staff when you sign up. Each person stops by once with their IDs, and then they can pick up any weekday.
Businesses that process their cards with EBS and meet our monthly processing requirement get one mailbox free. Check the box when you apply and we'll confirm whether yours qualifies. If a business stops qualifying, the mailbox is $50 a month from then on. The details are in our Service Terms.
